CHARLES WThe young man that was managing the operation was polite and was very conscientious regarding the quality of the tow dolly that I rented. He was concerned about the safety aspect of the product and actually noted a defect in the first unit. With this he disconnected it from my vehicle and selected another unit before releasing it to me. A great job!
