The young man that was managing the operation was polite and was very conscientious regarding the quality of the tow dolly that I rented. He was concerned about the safety aspect of the product and actually noted a defect in the first unit. With this he disconnected it from my vehicle and selected another unit before releasing it to me. A great job!

Jacob LI returned the vehicle with MORE gasoline than when I picked it up. In fact, the nice employee thanked me for returning with more fuel. On my statement they charged me for several gallons of fuel. I called to get my money back & was told the owner would call. No call. Overall, rental was way more expensive than amounts I found online then the added fuel charge. Bad experience.
A HIt was easy to pickup and drop off. Friendly staff
