My pickup was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Got to this location and found out they don't open until 10:00 a.m. Employee didn't arrive until 10:15 a.m. So I wasted over an hour of my day just waiting to get my U-Haul.

It opened at 10am and that's when our appointment was scheduled. They were 15/20 min late. Also the truck had no gas left. We had to change our priority to filling that up.

Adam ETruck Had 154K Miles on it, felt borderline unsafe, extremly noisy , smelt like exhaust fumes were coming into the cab. Lockbox at the pickup/dropoff location was not illuminated at night which made it difficult to work lock. App on Iphone was unusable. worst app I have ever used.
