They can’t answer any questions or help with your broken application. My complaint is not actually with the location. It’s with U-Haul itself. I don’t believe I drove 124 miles because I was only driving locally 5 to 7 miles at a time. If you’re gonna have an app that processes pickups and returns, you need to make sure it actually works.
