The day before my rental I was informed that the truck size I had reserved was not available. The morning I was supposed to pick up my truck the store was closed. A note on the door said to call an 800 number. I was on the phone with the rep for over an hour before I could get the keys. I had to take all kinds of pictures and upload. And then the truck had dried mud on the floor. Upon returning the truck I again had to take all kinds of photos. The whole process was terrible. I will never use U-Haul again.
