DEVIN JI do believe the truck I used has a bad exhaust Leak below the cab somewhere. I kept smelling exhaust in the cab of the truck constantly. Even with the AC recirculate on It was still present. I kept smelling it strong. Anyways, I loaded that truck down all the way to the back door with heavy shop tools and equipment. It performed very well considering the weight. But I do feel that exhaust issue is a cause for concern and that it might be affecting it's overall towing power.
Jared MStop overcharging for mileage that had to be driven for delivering the furniture. We were unable to do the trip without that excess mileage. We know there is no one that will answer this so it really does not matter what we think or propose.
CHRISTOPHER HLocation was supposed to open at 9am but no one arrived both on the day I picked it up and the day it was returned until 10:00 and I was paying people to help me move that just were standing around until we were able to pick up the truck

KENNETH MThe process to get and return the truck was confusing and could’ve been done better. Made me use a different ID cause mine had a corner missing. Could see the whole thing. Picking up should’ve been a few minutes not almost an hour. Dropping off took about 30 minutes cause you gotta take pictures of everything. That could’ve taken less time also.

ANDREW JThe AC in the rental was not working. Also, the passenger side mirror was damaged and seems to be turned downwards. Due to the angle there wasn’t a clear view from inside the cab of the rental to see out of the side mirror. The rental process was quick and easy and the gentleman than helped at this location was great. The rental just wasn’t the best and a little disappointing the AC wasn’t work and the side mirror issue.

Jacqueline KWe did not receive the equipment we reserved. No one at this pickup location would answer or respond. It was a huge inconvenience not to have the dolley - the weather was unbearably hot, it was just my daughter and I moving and the house had 4 flights of stairs. We truly needed the dolley. We tried calling U-Haul a number of times but when they would transfer us to their Scheduling team their voice system was not working properly and the system would disconnect us every time. U-Haul was inconsistent whether we could get a refund on the equipment or not.
Joy BOnce we got on the road, it became obvious that the surge break had a problem after breaking that caused a clunk and shook tow vehicle after braking. This was reported when trailer was dropped off.

Same ordeal about dropping it off. Tried having me hours in the opposite direction, took me to an abandoned building, etc. MORE MISERABLE THAN THE ABUSIVE SITUATION I WAS ESCAPING FROM.

ROBERT GTruck air conditioner not working and had drive in 97-103 degree temp for 11 hours. We should be given a partial refund. Almost had heat stroke.

Your employee that was On his way out and off the clock. when I went to return my equipment at 5:19 Got out of his car to help me Was. very professional. Did everything he parked my trailer for me and just made me feel comfortable that i was in good hands. He was very polite. He didn’t act like he was in a rush to leave. He took his time and Answered my. questions. that man deserves a raise. He’s very good at his job.

Becki DI don’t understand why the auto transport trailers don’t come with a spare. I had a nail in trailer tire but was lucky enough to be in N Little Rock and still took over an hour. I could have swapped with the spare and been on my way long before tow truck was even dispatched. I’m lucky I wasn’t in a more remote location. At least make a spare an option for an additional charge to those that want it.
Mike BCab smelled like smoke. Guy there acknowledged this and tried to make it better but its unpleasant to deal with on a long drive.

don mI did not move into unit when I first looked into this place it Said I rent a uhaul and get first month free storage so I paid the 20 dollars but then I'm it told me I had to pay 165 at check in so I canceled it and lost my 20
Michael A | ReservationWe did not move in to the storage unit on the 24th due to stormy weather conditions. We did move in on the 27 but the ground was soggy from the rain and snow. Our 26’ truck sunk in the mud . A tow truck was called at the cost of $250. I have NEVER seen a storage unit surrounded by grass. Why not blacktop or at least a sufficient amount of gravel
