Phone never answered, no one there when I went to get the truck. The service engine light was on. I had signed up for pick up using my phone, but was not able to as I got a message that no truck was assigned to my reservation. Eventually an attendant arrived, solved the reservation problem and I left a half hour late. Looks like I was charged for the half hour. All very disappointing and frustrating.

This truck seemed like it was barely running. Definitely time to take it off the road.

ESTRELLA GAccording to both the online hours and the posted hours on-site, the office was supposed to be open, but it was closed when I arrived. I called the number listed on the door, and the representative informed me that they were closed, even though the sign indicated otherwise. I was advised that I could complete everything online to retrieve the keys, but this process turned out to be time-consuming and inconvenient. I then called U-Haul customer service, and the representative I spoke with was surprised to hear the office was closed, as it was supposed to be open during those hours. I must commend the customer service representative for being patient and helpful during the call, as they assisted me in resolving the issue. However, the overall experience was quite frustrating, especially with the cold weather and having to figure everything out over the phone due to the lack of on-site assistance. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider recommending this location to others.
