I struggled with the pick up section of the app where it asks for photos. I took the photos but saw no place to upload them. After attempting to complete this section for about 30 minutes, I gave up. Never saw a submit button.

The location is amazing. I have passed up locations by haul because the location was not available 😢 So, I waited till they had an opening, because of the amazing customer service at this location!!!
wanda dI always return an old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it". This location is great and Troy has a good handle on it, I honestly can say that I've never had a problem, and if he didn't have what I needed, he helped fins it and where to go, good people.

Gary RTo be clear, this is a problem with the online booking process with uhaul, not this location. The truck that I rented was promised to two people and GONE when I arrived. I wanted 20ft, and ended up with 15ft because the 26ft would have trouble getting down my gravel drive with a sharp turn, I was not comfortable driving the longer truck.
