I have had multiple uhaul rentals over the past several months. Despite me requesting the drop off I want. Corporate uhaul or the software it uses changes my drop off to another location. In addition in all instances after doing an on line drop off I receive messages texts and phone calls about the missing rental I have proof of returning that I dropped off at the place I requested. I have no need to drop a rental off miles away when I have a uhaul rental place down the street from me. Please address accordingly to fix the situation.
