CHRISTOPHER RHonestly, the number of time I”ve rented from H-Haul, I can’t understand why they can’t develop a system where your profile is saved, and you rent another trailer or van, and all they have to do is select your pre-saved profile, check the box for the item you want to rent, and just check out. It seems so simple. Yet the check in, check out and return process is so cumbersome and time consuming, relative to the value of what you are renting, it is definitely a detractor and discourages me from renting from U-Haul if there is any other alternative. Get with the 21st century and find a way to make this process quick and seamless. Not only for my time, but for the time of your paid employees (or contracted firm employees).
