Drop off was EXCELLENT, did it on a Sunday so I can be at work in the morning and not have to deal with dropping off the trailer! Very convenient! The couple there were AWESOME!!! I will both recommend and use U-Haul! Cheers, Gord
GORDON EReturn location was very difficult to locate. Poor signage of U-Haul dealer. U-Haul agent very helpful, U-Haul wanted to surcharge me for extra miles. Explain to agent that I had to pickup truck at another town. Call U-Haul and had charges reversed.
