I rent a truck every Tuesday. Go to the same location and use the same mileages Each time rental charges are different . My first rental truck was brought to a safe location but now they tell to go look for your car. Not feeling as a valued customer.

Good service

It's always very slow there. I don't like how I have to check myself out on line.

Very rude employees

Quick and convenient, I can rent from a large vehicle selection and always get access to my storage space. Easy to get to via public transportation too.

I had a problem with my credit card & after I resolved it I was able quickly process the rental without having to wait in line again. I don't like using apps. So the guy in the lot did it for me, making the return simple. I have rented from Park Slope U-Haul several times over the years. They are consistent with quality service. I will use them if need in the future.

This is a very busy location. The staff are polite and helpful. Everyone seems to take their work seriously and I find this location to be very professional and conscientious. I use this location often for van rental.

The customer service representative did not explain the truck renting process clearly. She had to manually input my debit card because it kept declining. I asked the rep was using the info that was on my license. Apparently, my address was incorrect and upon changing my zip code the transaction went through. But, she did not physically change my address in the system. However, the rep pressed the button for ins. and I was charged an extra $25.00 for insurance. I would not have pressed that button because I have car insurance through GEICO and rental insurance is included in my policy. The rep. was not friendly and she informed me it was my fault for that charge. I tried to explain to her what happened earlier and she was unapologetic and did not care to resolve this problem. I would like to make a formal complaint against UHAUL because I am not satisfied with my experience at this location.

Person at the counter was incredibly rude. The vehicle assigned to me and the key in the lock box did not match up. When I went inside, the employee assigned me a new vehicle that was blocked by another. I understand that there were likely system issues messing things up, but this young lady desperately needs to work on her people/customer skills. Just overall rude, dismissive, and treated me like I was a third rate citizen. That said, I have dealt with other staff previously that was very friendly and helpful! Dropping off the vehicle was a breeze, staff inspecting the vehicle upon return was great.

The staff is extremely rude and they did not have the number of boxes that I reserved. The boxes were dirty and broken. Once again Uhaul was unreliable.

I initially booked for pick up at 666 washington ave and was allowed to select for 24/7 pick up. Of course on arrival this was not the case-on check in on the app it instructed me to wait till 9 am till the location opened,. Why is this an option at this location if the location does not support it? At the 4th Ave location the drop off process that now requires you to self return your truck using your smart phone does not work and is not easy to use. I was unable to do so-the links did not allow me to click through- and the staff on hadn't needed up doing it for me-why we need to add an extra item for the customer? I know this is justified by covid , but the process does not have any benefit and is a waste of time. Even your staff think so and are annoyed by it because it does not work well and is not easy to do. Change it- it sucks.

1. Customer service was rude, unhelpful. I was supposed to find the vehicle on the parking lot, but all trucks were so closely parked together, you could not see the vehicle's number. I was rudely told that was my problem. After 30 min searching in the pouring rain, I found it, blocked in by other trucks. After asking two times, only after 10 minutes someone moved the truck in front. I then immediately had to move the vehicle, before given time to inspect and photograph the truck because otherwise I would block other customers (I was the only one there). 2. Dropping off the truck at midnight did not work with the app. Each time toward the end of inputting the pictures the app failed and I had to restart. I eventually left the truck parked on the uhaul lot and dropped the keys in the designated box. The next day at noon, my rental was still "ongoing". I called the service desk, and they assured me the location would call me back. They never did so I was forced to walk back to the uhaul location an hour before the end of my 24h rental period (vehicle was still 'not returned'). The truck was still parked in its same position. Again, extremely rudely, the front desk person told me I had not returned the vehicle yet, and I will be charged a late fee. I pointed to the truck. Without acknowledging me, she then closed the contract and said "next customer". I understand technology fails sometimes and people are busy (not this time though), but this process was most disappointing.

Great system.

Did not like having to use an app to upload driver's license

The check-in process is a terrible experience - I tried both in person and using mobile checkin. Slow and confusing. Return is much better. Storage access w carts is great.

Jacob B.

The majority of the staff here are rude and will ignore you as you are speaking with them. Over and over I use this place because of convenience. And over and over I'm disappointed by the staff

Jonathan G.

Did not have reserved dolly for rent. Vehicles were not ready or were mislocated (I.e. up on a lift when I went to the lot) Staff was RUDE.

Fiona T.

We were definitely overcharged for gas and miles
