On this occasion, they couldn't find the truck they assigned to me. The ordeal added at least another hour to my pickup. And it's not this one time. Like I said, it's like this every time I go to this location. An employee complained that U-haul changes their systems and procedures without providing adequate training. But I think it's just as likely that the staff missed the training or are just plain incompetent. I'm afraid you'll need to tear this location down to the ground and rebuild it completely.
