I have been here multiple times over the last 10 years. Without fail, the staff is disorganized and did empowered. Nothing seems to go right the first time. On this occasion, they couldn't find the truck they assigned to me. The ordeal added at least another hour to my pickup. And it's not this one time. Like I said, it's like this every time I go to this location. An employee complained that U-haul changes their systems and procedures without providing adequate training. But I think it's just as likely that the staff missed the training or are just plain incompetent. I'm afraid you'll need to tear this location down to the ground and rebuild it completely.

Taj P | Overall ExperienceThe storage experience was very good, and I have no complaints about it, other than the dust that settles over everything in the unit. The problem lies in the rental van, that should have been a very straightforward experience in that I rented it for 1 hour and 20 minutes and drove exactly 8 Miles, it was overcharged $163 and change. That's a real problem, and I would not recommend anybody rent a van from you because of it. What happened with that overcharge seems like it's something that's done all the time in hopes that people don't notice it. Because if you were keeping accurate records, that would not have happened at all.
