Peter APassenger side floor board had a lot of dirt. Back of the truck was not cleaned
CAROLYN CThey told me that it would be a $100 hold although my total was $80. Never mentioned another fee. I returned the vehicle how I got it well within my paid time frame and my card was charged $26. No warning, no call, nothing. I spoke with them when dropping the key off. When I called he said it was for a cleaning fee, claimed it was trash in the back. When I explained to him that no trash was in the truck because I took a bedroom set to the dump, then he changed it to footprints that had to be swept out. $26 just to sweep? Very unprofessional. I would NEVER rent from this location again.
