Customer service was helpful from the location manager in obtaining my truck however I was provided a truck with a non-functioning left rear taillight and turn signal, making my drive dangerous and at risk for being ticketed. Clearly this was not checked before I picked up the truck.

The male at the counter of the shop was extremely rude. The shop was empty when I arrived and I gave him my identification to pull up the uhaul reservation as he didn't want the reservation number. He asked my name and told him as well as telling him it's on my license. There was an issue preventing him from completing the rental and he told me to call uhaul he couldn't do anything. English was not his first language. I called u-haul and Nicole was extremely chipper and friendly yet unhelpful as she transferred me to a department that couldn't assist me. However I did speak with someone in that wrong department that had good sense and transferred me to the department that could help me. Speaking to Jennifer in the correct department, she stated uhaul never fully processed my last rental. Mind you, I had an email confirmation of a conversation with a uhaul representative the situation was handled and a refund was due to me after I'd already filed a fraud claim with my bank for extra unauthorized uhaul charges. The duration of all the transferring on the phone with uhaul was 45 -50 minutes AND the rude male at the counter kept telling me to call uhaul or come back later even though I was on the phone with them. He had 2 customers come and go and focused his attention to me again to leave and return later or to call them from somewhere else. My experience with uhaul prior to this was bad but this experience deplorable. Uhaul is not efficient, only convenient and the headache is not worth the convenience of their accessibility. I wouldn't recommend this location for service or uhaul rentals. While on the phone holding, I overheard the male reordering parts because he ordered the wrong parts for 2 vehicles.
Niya AEquipment I paid for (the dolly) was not in the truck. Very hard to inspect the truck before leaving as it was crammed into the parking spot between a UHaul van and UHaul truck. The person who checked us in didn’t appear to know what he was doing, but the woman who check us out was wonderful.
