The representative is friendly and the equipment was ready on time. When returning, the second representative was also friendly and helpful. It was a smooth and easy experience/transaction. The information for mileage out, mileage in were correct. The only difference was the fuel level upon pick-up but photos were taken and added to the contract for actual fule/mileage levels and the final receipt reflected the correct levels for each of these. I will rent from this location again and would recommend this location to anyone else.
VERONICA MI got charged more than double the original price, I only rented the truck for 1 day , I wanted two dollies , I only got one I only use the truck for less than 20 miles , there was nobody available to received the truck when I returned it . I
nelson eThis whole process was very stressful- I kept getting texts changing the locations from the ones that I chose for pick up and drop off. I wish there had been more human help rather than everything on an app that is faulty. The only person who was helpful was a woman named Karen on the phone when I had to call because the app was not finding my contract. So thank you Karen. But we will not be using UHaul again
Thomas NCheck engine light was on. There was no coolant, engine oil light flashing 0% remaining, tires under inflated by 20lbs. The truck was an absolute mess. Also the key was missing the U-Haul tag so when I returned the truck on my one way the receiver was shocked. Luckily, I did all the pre-checks, refilled the coolant out of my own pocket, inflated of the tires.
