PUNIT S.I ordered a dolly with the agent over the phone & it was not in the van or given to me.
christine L.My reservation was cancelled on my way to pick up the vehicle, telling me that they had no vehicles available at that location for that day, only a location 2 hours away. Only after pressing the operator did they find a vehicle for the next dat at that location. I had to rearrange all of my plans and it cost me $. Super unprofessional and very frustrating.
