Everything is good I didn't get to use it I had a little problem at my house I told this girl to get her stuff and must of got in her feelings and took the key off the wall where all my kids seen where my son put the key at and the next mourning got up and ready to leave out i ask my son where the key he said it's on the wall it's not there he got up and told me what he did with it so we all think my ex girl took it

Daniel ZIt was the worst and most unprofessional experience that I've ever had. It took over an hour to pick the truck up and about an hour to return it. The employee during pick up was unexperienced and had to continuously call some to get instructions and the lady during drop off was rude and very ignorant during the whole experience and when we tried to ask questions she completely ignored us. Also, the gas station we picked the truck up from was out of gas during drop off so we had to drive and put more miles on the truck which we got charged for.
Rhonda WWhen I pick the vehicle up, the clerk at the Exxon could barely speak English! He couldn’t help with anything. When I returned the vehicle, he put the wrong time in and I was charged an additional day. I was also charged for a gallon of gas I was also charged for the insurance that I declined at the initial reservation online. I called U-Haul customer service. I’m currently having a review on the entire charge. Do not use the Lakeshore Exxon for your U-Haul rental.
Carla WMade a reservation on the phone with a representative. Got there a week later no truck had to drive to another location to grab another truck that wasn’t even what I reserved which was a 26Ft but I ended up with a 15FT had to pay the movers additional three hours when the move should’ve been done in four hours instead of 7 1/2 hours because we had to make two trips with the truck we have not yet have U-Haul try to work with me and or refunded me for their mistakes they made. It was beyond stressful.
