KATHLEEN PWhen I drafted to pick up the truck, the person who had taken it in the night before it gone home with the key in his pocket. The lady at the desk had to call him and have him come all the way from Kennewick to bring the key. This slowed us down by at least half an hour. Also the check engine light was on and we didn't notice it till we got a service account. Later, when we were just outside of Prosser the traction control light came on and we no longer had traction control, which could have been a big problem if it had been snowing on Snoqualmie Pass.
