did a drop off after hours. Only issue I had was that it was not clear as to where to put the key. since this is also a storage place, just used the box noted for payments.. Otherwise everything was find.

Customer service was not up to par. I had a 10:30am appointment because I had movers scheduled for 11am (paid by the hour) I did not get help until almost 11am after I was asked to wait outside so that the desk attendant could walk a potential client around the property. I then was charged for a dolly with a truck that had no ramp for dolly access. Something so simple was made to be extremely complicated. Great location, service however was not. Will not recommend
