Location is next to a recycling center where several homeless people hang out. The inside of the truck was filthy and windshield filthy. I made the reservation for this truck several days in advance for London Logistics and it was changed to this location. Truck was not available when I was told to pick it up. I have requested a $100 refund because I was supposed to pick up the truck at 9:00 AM and wasn't able to get it until 11:00 AM. This put me 2 hours behind an 11 hour trip.

My pick up location and time got changed on me 3 times. Very inconvenient. The lady and man were nice enough but whomever changed our reservations on us 3 times made it a nightmare. Would not recommend Uhaul because of this.

MARVIN CAfter we dropped off the U-Haul she never sent me an confirmation email and I had a $76 charge on my credit card to her store so I had to cancel my card and order a new one and now I have to change all my auto pay billing.
