I had a very frustrating experience with this U-Haul location. I originally reserved a truck for pickup Saturday at 4:45 PM, with the plan to return it by Sunday 4:45 PM — exactly 24 hours later, no extra fees. But the owner called and asked me to pick up the truck around noon on Saturday, saying she wouldn’t have time to help me later. I clearly told her I couldn’t return it by noon on Sunday and didn’t want to pay a late fee. She assured me she would “figure it out,” so I reluctantly agreed to pick it up early. Later, I checked my receipt and saw they had changed my return date to Monday — meaning I was charged extra for returning the truck “late” based on their new, unauthorized schedule. I was never asked to approve this change, and I feel completely misled.

CARLOS VFrom start to finish the whole process of renting the Uhaul from this location was by far the best experience I've had with renting than any time before. She was very understanding and accommodating to my situation which was pretty intense and she eased that issue by being very hospitable and also doing everything she possibly could to make sure I got what I came for that day with minimal delays and in a timely manner.
