JOSHUA QI was first sent to 2007 L St, Newman, CA 95360. I accidentally forgot to call and extend the rental truck. The morning I was supposed to return it the young lady from their office called me and was rude about me bring it in as soon as possible. I explained I would need to extend the rental for one more day. She then went ahead and extend it. 20 min later they blow up my phone and when I final was able to pick up the phone the manager rudely request I return the truck back to him the same day. I asked him to confirm with his associate. I didn't need him to call me aggressively and demand for me to return the truck the same day. I then called customer service and asked to change location. The rep. Denied me the chance to change location. I told her I didn't want to deal with their aggressive behavior. She was also relentless. So I decided to download the app and change the location and the new location was awesome. The 201 Poopy Ave in Patterson was so much closer. Easy to start the process and finish.
SUSI RBoth employees were cordial and extremely helpful. I appreciate the knowledge they imparted on me. Kudos all around.
