Because the pick up is at a gym, it’s a little confusing on who and where you speak to about picking up. The lady that handled my transaction spoke really quietly so I had to continually ask her to repeat herself. It’s a gym so it’s kind of loud environment, which means she is gonna need to speak louder when she talks to the customers. The instructions she gave me were a little limited, and I felt like I had to figure out a lot of things myself. The truck itself was fine, the way it drove, etc. When I had reserved the truck online, I had requested two dollies and 12 of the moving blankets but I was given one dolly and five blankets.
