Charge less and be less in the face about the upsells. It’s really distasteful when I’m trying to simply rent a uhaul and you guys are trying to force me to get $2000 worth of movers, storage, insurance and boxes. It actually asked me twice if i want movers. Hey also your prices are crazy and you guys are really good at adding additional charges that takes a promised 80 dollar rental to easily well over 150. Also fix the physical damage on the uhaul? This one was the most beat up and the was a hole on the floor of the box. Telling me I have to reimburse you immediately for damage i know you are not gonna fix. And fill the trucks up with gas all the way? Uhaul plays this little game where the gas gauge gets left at 5/8 because it is nearly impossible to get it to that level without going over. I think i will find a different company next time your guys are too money hungry and nickel and dime everything. I AM MOVING that costs a lot of money. I do not need my moving truck company draining me
