The young man was not experienced at removing the auto transporter from the truck and tried to make excuses for his lack of knowledge including stating: "We aren't supposed to take these (auto transporter) off - it is the clients responsibility." Other than that, they were friendly and efficient.
Ruth IDriving with the truck loaded, we went through heavy rain, and many of the items in the crowd nest got damaged or ruined. Requesting a call to discuss.
Bret DOrdered a toe ball and connection with it and when I got there he didn’t have it. Apparently I had to go to the one in Belton. This delayed my move by 3 days. He also wasn’t able to issue me a refund.
Sarah Klast minute change for trailer pick up. I had to go to three different locations to get a 15' truck, blankets, and finally the trailer. Very frustrating.
