With my limited exposure, I'm not sure if I would recommend them. We had a hiccup with our rental, and im not sure if the shop was to blame or uhaul itself. Everything ended up okay, and the people seem nice. It wasn't the best experience, but I recognize that things don't always happen the way they're planned. I mostly wish the changes in my reservation would have been communicated ahead of time.
AMANDA NI dropped off the truck before the office opened. In my rush to make sure I had followed all the instructions before leaving, I left my cell phone in the console, not realizing it until after I had deposited the key in the drop box. As soon as the office opened my granddaughter received a call stating the phone had been found and could be picked up at the front desk. The staff was great, kind and friendly. I don't think it could have been any better. Thank you
