The drop off was easy. I did online drop off.
Paul RNo place to park a vehicle while waiting to process pickup. Too many rentals on site for size of lot during the winter with snow. Vehicle was in good condition and the staff were friendly.
Char-Lynn HNo snow was wiped off the U Haul what so ever, the roof had about a foot of snow and it was half frozen to the top. I was not pleased.
Charlie PThis was a winter pick up so the trailer was partially buried in the snow. It was hard to move the trailer as the wheels were frozen in place. We never got our confirmation call as indicated so we tried calling this location 3-4 times and never got anyone to answer. We would have liked to talk to a person at the location to discuss some options on earlier or later pick up. Do they have any extra blankets, packing equipment etc... Head office said some smaller places like this one may not have your trailer and they send you to another location, so we wanted to confirm before driving over.
