The process to use the application was smooth....however, the lockbock required assistance from the location owner. Luckily they were available at the time and knew how to unlock the device. The lock itself was not explained easily understood and required a very specific alignment and took numereous tries.

Nice people, but the location had less equipment than Bieber, California and isn't opened on weekends. As a result, I didn't rent from them on June 7, 2026.
