Nothing. The front desk gal was down to Earth and knew the UHaul website's weaknesses (non-loading scanner for license) and how to get around them. Great experience.

I had scheduled my pickup in Walla Walla and I had to make a 2.5 hour round trip to pick up the equipment. I had scheduled my pickup on Saturday and was forced to pick up the equipment early because the place in Pendelton is closed on the weekends. Worst experience I have had trying to get equipment. No excuse for it not to be in Walla Walla as I had requested. Why does this happen?
PAUL DI need to explain both trucks need service. One vibrated which says wheel alainment. The other one had afew little problems. They are new so it's just miner service. Otherwise love the professional service. Use many times for my business.
