I was in a terrible situation. I needed a Uhaul badly after a late night break down, and subsequent twelve mile hike to the 1216 9th N. location. I waited patiently outside until opening, and prayed for a miracle. Heaven sent an Angel instead. His name is Tommy. Tommy not only fixed me up, but managed to squeeze me into his already busy morning without missing a beat. I watched Tommy handle everyone and everything that day with compassion and grace. If every Uhaul location had a Tommy, Uhaul would rule over this world, and peace would rain down among men. Thank you sir!
