I am extremely unhappy with the fuel charges that were added to my bill. I only drove the truck 18 miles. I added 4 gallons of fuel immediately before returning the truck and was charged over $77 for fuel. There has to have been a mistake.
Douglas MThe lady who helped me was awesome. Knowledgeable and informative, couldn't have been a better sales person. The truck however, needed maintenance. It was very clean but it has some issues with an axle perhaps as it rode terrible. I know it had just come back from the shop but they need to check the tires, brakes, axle, etc. to determine what is going on with that truck. I was glad we were just in town and not taking it on a long trip. This was not our first U-haul rental.
