Terrible service from all around, nobody could figure out what the right hand was doing, we got numerous calls and text from Uhaul telling me they didnt have a truck and that I was to go pick it up in West Kelowna Bc I live in Penticton and needed it for 24 hours only!

I was charged for fuel. I took a picture of the dash board before leaving Vancouver for the mileage and fuel tank needle when I parked it in penticton and the needle was at the same spot. It was the way I got it but I was still charged. I was on the phone for over 30 mins trying prove with pictures that it’s at the same spot. I noted that the Penticton U-Haul is on a slope that must of have got the needle to move slightly. I was also was charged cleaning fee which was ridiculous amount.
