the need to book on a app is ridiculous time consuming and completely useless your app is POOR the fact that if you go in there is nothing the person can do for you in person

The only negative comment I have is with the lady I spoke with on the phone about the drop off location being changed , first I wasn’t notified of the change it just appeared in an email weeks after I made arrangements to have it dropped off in Penticton. She was rude and very unprofessional and when I explained I wasn’t going to drop the truck off in west Kelowna she said the lot is full ( in Penticton) and if I wasn’t going to drop it off there then I can’t have the truck. I explained to her how far away that was and the fact I’d have no way back from there she got quite rude. The young man in Kamloops had no problem with me returning it to Penticton and penticton U-Haul had no issue accepting it. Can’t remember her name but she is not a good representative of U-Haul.

Amanda CThe people of uhaul are great and very thoughtful. I will definitely make sure I book during business hours to keep the human touch. The app I downloaded kept crashing and wasn't an enjoyable experience. People great. App terrible.
