Absolutely horrendous customer experience. I was lied to by multiple service reps. I was overcharged for miles not driven. I've called for help 7 times, have been told I would hear from someone within 3 days, 4 times, and have never heard from anyone. Horrible company. You don't care about your users or brand reputation. I will never use you again and be a strong advocate against your brand image. Poorly done...

Mark KU Haul changed my pick up to this location and then they weren’t ready when I arrived. They didn’t have my reservation despite everything being ready to go on the app. It took over an hour and a long phone call with customer service to obtain the keys to the truck.
Haley TWe had mobile pick up scheduled and did not happen.
Ivan CI had to fill it with fuel twice. When I picked it up it said 23 miles to empty. As I started driving to my storage unit 14 miles away I had to stop and fill up, only to have to fill up yet again because I had to make two trips. I don’t mind filling the tank after I’m done, but have the tank full when people pick it up. That put me behind today. I also rented from 9:30am to 9:30pm and at 4pm the app said it was due. 99 cents a mile is a ridiculous amount. There were no power windows or mirrors and I had to wait for the truck to be cleaned out after I arrived. Also the app would sit and spin due to lack of service but I had to be where the location was at to pick up and drop off. Very frustrating day to say the least.
