Service was slow and delayed my depature time. Trailer was dirty and full of snow and had to clean it out myself just to get on the road quicker.

Worst experience ever. Made the reservation online a week prior. Couldn't meet my reservation. Had to take small truck. Truck not cleaned off, snow covered. Treated like garbage. Made ton wait for every other customer before dealing with me even though I was there first. As if my time was less important.
harold TOt took over 30 minutes to show I returned the truck after I left. Had se concerns but after calling it Corrected itself
