One of the trucks was parked part way in the street. The place was small. It had old cars that could have been removed to make more room.

I stopped the day before my scheduled pick up to figure out what all I needed and he said he’d be there. He wasn’t. Everything was set up and ready for me but there was a vape pen in there and bottles of water and then when I was loading the vehicle and went to leave in the rain. The truck had no windshield wiper blades on it! So I had to stop at auto zone and pay $32.30 for wiper blades and install them so I could safely travel to my destination in the rain.
Michael SThe employee was 20 minutes late for a 10am pickup. The facility was filthy. The credit card that was used to pay for the uhaul rental has 2 automatic transactions per month. Shortly after using it at Harold's Auto Repair, fraudulent charges began showing up for online gift card purchases. This caused me to go through the process of cancelling my card and updating my automatic payments. This experience was an absolute train wreck.
DAVID MNo place to park. Had to sit in the passing lane in the middle of the highway to wait for a gentleman at the building next door to see me and go next door and drop the cable to park.
