The entire experience from pick-up, the trip, to turn-in was extremely easy and user friendly.
Charles PPick up was a breeze but truck needs work. Applying the brakes had the whole vehicle shaking something awful. Told attend at drop off to make note and report it to maintenance. Happy I made it home.

TAMMIE GIt wasn’t anything the representative done but U-Haul doesn’t send them dollys and equipment so unless someone happens to drop one off you can’t get one.
