Renting a truck was so easy. The young lady was very friendly, helpful, and quick. I would venture to say this was one of the best U-Haul experiences I've had.

The only thing that was confusing was all of the emails from uhaul. I mean just keep it simple an email when you pick it up and one email to drop it off. I probably received six or seven emails in two days
