I understand that there was a system failure, but the entire check in and check out process with the person working there wasn’t good or helpful. Also I had to make 2 phone call you your customer service which didn’t resolve my check out issue. I had to go back to the gas station and hassle with them to get them to finally close out my rental… I will never use this location again

CLARENCE PIt took a long time to get the truck when I had already done the online check in the day before. The outside of the gas station where the truck was parked smelled like a urinal and there was a soaking wet shirt hanging on the mirror. I couldn’t hear the attendant behind the bullet proof glass either.
