System was down when I tried to pick up but staff member was able to work around the issue and allow me to pick up the equipment I needed. Truck cab was decent the seats and dash area were spotless but the mats had some dirt/crushed leaves. Trailer was clean and overall the truck drove fine. Would rent equipment again. Using the app was ok overall but crashed a lot.

JERRY DTruck received dirty and with the gas tank on Empty. After returning the vehicle, I received an invoice with charges for gas and extra service I did Not request.
