When arriving, he couldn’t get his computer to execute the online reservation I made. Apparently something was wrong with his computer and he had to call someone, 30 minutes later finally went and got the truck, Didn’t give me a copy of a contract or go over anything with the truck. Went to a different location for boxes and a lock. The agent here then came out to the truck and looked at it where there was several blankets and a few dollies left in the back of the truck. She took them out and then I asked her about the gas, the gas was not marked correctly in their system. Neither was the mileage. She helped me with that and got everything cleared up and I was on the road an hour and a half after my original reservation time.
