They should never be in the business ....horrible service They the women and male that were there. When I arrived and asked if they had my trailer ready he looked at me like I was an alien ....he went to women and she stated using her phone , they had no clue about reservation and that took time.... She then grabs a trailer lift "with one wheel " because it was broken and dragged-out trailer and the male hooked it up. He did everything wrong "Im thinking to myself is this guy trying to kill me or cause an accident" the chains were attached wrong and no safety retainers in place dragging on ground. I sent pics to the representative. HORRIBLE

They didn't speak English and had a car trailer set up for me when I rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer which was in there yard. I eventually was hooked up and on my way.
