The person who helped me did my contract all wrong because she was in a hurry. I told her very clearly that I wanted to return the UHUAL in a specific location, I gave her the address and when I arrived to my destination and took the UHUAL to the place I told her they told that it was the wrong address and they charged me $281.45 more for taking it there. In that location they told me that I needed to take it back to Arizona when I was already in California. Very disappointed of the service.

Delton CWindow was cracked, stealing wheel was 1/4 off to the left, alignment was off, the truck drove awful very bouncy and we lost some of our personal belongings due to the truck was so bouncy things broke. Worse experience with uhaul ever and we have moved many times.
