SCOTT BThe U-Haul truck I ordered I was called less than 24 hours before my move and told the truck would not be there. I was also told the two hand dollies that I requested they did not have. I was also told the two movers that I hired through the U-Haul site to help me that had got canceled. I had to go to a totally different site that did not open until 11 AM. I was originally supposed to pick up the truck at 7 AM at the origin site. Moving is a big deal for anyone. I will never use U-Haul again. I will hire an outside company .
EDWIN TThe vehicle had less than 1/8th of a tank of fuel. I had to immediately get gas and it ran out turning into the gas station. I returned it with a 1/4 tank.
