DONALD WI reserved for pickup at a U-Haul location and was moved to this location. It was also further away causing my Lyft to get there to be more expensive. Didn’t feel totally safe, there were some sketchy people hanging around and would not have liked it if my wife or daughter would have had to pick this up. Requested 12 furniture pads and they were not there. The vehicle has the tire pressure indicator going off which lead to concern about making the trip to Tucson safely and without issue. Ended up having to drive to the location I had originally reserved to get pads and have tires checked. This was not a smooth or efficient start to our move day.
Charles KThe original UHaul we were to pick up had bald spots on the tires. We had set our pick up for before Thanksgiving to ensure we had a trailer after Thanksgiving, but had to scramble and get a trailer at 6am Friday instead, which was less than ideal
KATHERINE EThere was a last minute change to pickup at this location, initially I was uncomfortable that UHaul changed the pickup location, it did take us out of our way, but we were compensated with more miles and a discount. Overall it worked out fine. Equipment and service was good.
