The original UHaul we were to pick up had bald spots on the tires. We had set our pick up for before Thanksgiving to ensure we had a trailer after Thanksgiving, but had to scramble and get a trailer at 6am Friday instead, which was less than ideal

There was a last minute change to pickup at this location, initially I was uncomfortable that UHaul changed the pickup location, it did take us out of our way, but we were compensated with more miles and a discount. Overall it worked out fine. Equipment and service was good.
