They are doing fraud I have pictures of proof the papers they give state that the truck has lower miles than what the truck actually has before leaving the lot. I had one of the people come out and they said it would be fixed when I brought the truck back. I made sure to reach out to U-Haul customer service. Email a picture with the correct mileage when I was done with the truck, I took a picture of the correct mileage again when they gave me my receipt via email since I had to do it after I drop off the truck mileage was not updated so the rigging the information so they can continue to do fraud on the next people horrible will never use U-Haul again now this place is attempting to charge me for 98 miles that I did not use and I even put more gas in the truck than what it actually had and when I called the location all they say is call customer service the old man acts like he doesn’t know what I’m talking about

marque dTruck was filled with just enough fuel to drive home to load up before needing to fill up at a gas station. After getting a full tank of gas and beginning the long cross country drive, the truck quickly suffered a fuel leak leaving us stranded on the side of the highway. The pickup location did not have a dolly or a lock for the cargo compartment. They were not very helpful showing us the truck or anything we should know before driving it. The pickup location was very dirty and run down, their phone line did not work, and the employee was not very professional.
