THE YOUNG MAN ON DUTY WAS VERY PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL, TRUCK WAS AVAILABLE, BUT HAD TO BE RETRIEVE WHEN IT WAS INFRONT OF ANOTHER UHAUL. BUT ALL WENT WELL.
PAMELA VOur experience was terrible. The manager of the facility was over 30 minutes late at the time of pick up. Additionally, picking up the UHaul, it was extremely dirty and only half full of fuel. The office was also dirty, unmaintained, and had empty liquor bottles.
