I picked up the u haul late at night , I didn't realize how bad the areas were for all the locations I was looking at , other than that the process was quick and easy
Tiffany GHi U-Haul team, I recently returned a rental truck and noticed I was charged a $65 gas fee. However, when I received the truck, the gas level was not at the level indicated on the paperwork. Before returning the vehicle, I filled it back up to match the level it was actually at when I picked it up, spending $65 on fuel. It feels unfair to be charged again for gas when we made sure to refill it accordingly. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this charge and clarify or refund the fee if possible.

Tyler EThe location was not easy to find, however, the young man who helped us was super friendly and very polite. We rented a car hauler AMA one of the tires blew. U haul was on it and had us back on the road in an hour.
