The locations in and around Phoenix were unclean and in unsafe areas. Had it just been me, it might have been fine. However, my wife had to follow me. U-Haul needs to provide it's customers with greater details on location drop-off, especially for families. It wasn't as big of a deal for us, since we do not have small children, but it would be a major issue if we had babies in the car.
