DENISE GThe location was a clothes shop that was closed at 12:30pm when the hours of operation said they open at noon. Luckily, I was able to follow the instructions on the lock-box to self return the truck!
BUGRA AThe owner of this location did not even show up until 12 noon, here location did not receive any sustainable internet for phone service. This is a very small strip mall location, although the lady was nice an accommodated once she meant me 2 hours after my pickup time. It was not a UHAUL HUB, so you did not have access to all the amenities, blankets, boxes etc...
Kent SMake sure the locations can accommodate what was reserved. My reservation was changed multiple times. This location was unaware of my drop off.
