I just rented a U-Haul from Joel and had a great experience from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and had the truck clean and ready to go when I arrived. What really stood out was how accommodating he was when I needed to extend the rental he made the process easy and hassle free, which I really appreciated. RONNIE KWhen the reservation was confirmed the day before pick up, call the customer asap if location changed. Also consider the distance and direction the customer may need to drive to pick up equipment. This is all on the reservation desk.
